AJSS identified that a customer’s Dry Gas Seal was showing signs of failure and required replacement. The customer originally sought support from the OEM but was informed that the lead time for a replacement part was 6+ weeks. The customer engaged AJSS to source the replacement part and this was purchased and delivered and fitted 2 days later. Our expertise in identifying and sourcing the Dry Gas Seal along with mobilisation of an AJSS field service engineer reduced costs and time for the customer.
