A major oil and gas client requested AJSS to develop customised training for approximately 65 employees to be delivered both at a remote site in the NT and also at the AJSS Melbourne Training facility. We created a detailed training plan that covered all of the technical areas they required to be covered and this was delivered in the form of both O&M and Controls Training courses with 6 AJSS instructors over a period of 8 weeks. In addition to the technical training, AJSS provided an HR Learning assessment for each attendee to facilitate career growth capture and to identify future succession planning for their Leadership teams.
