Dylan began working as an apprentice gaining a Certificate 4 in metal fabrication (boilermaker) and became fully qualified at the age of 21. He spent 11 years working at Jamestown Engineering Manufacturing, where an alliance between AJSS and JEM began. Before joining AJSS Dylan has had exposure to numerous rotating equipment projects with JEM and alongside AJSS, working on both GE frame and Solar Turbine units. Dylan now joins the AJSS field service team bringing with him his problem-solving skills and attention to detail to the rotating equipment industry. Dylan continues to enhance his technical capabilities and knowledge through Stacked Learning and field service assignments, ensuring a successful future within the industry.
