We are pleased to formally advise that AJ Stack Solutions Pty Ltd (AJSS) has acquired Gas Turbine Services (GTS), with the transfer of ownership effective from January 5th 2026.

AJSS is an Australian-owned engineering, field services, and training provider with over 13 years of experience supporting the rotating equipment industry. Through our partnership with Masaood John Brown International (MJBI), we provide comprehensive support for the Frame & Industrial Gas Turbines heavy‑duty Frame fleet (Frame 3, 5, 6, and 9), including parts supply, component refurbishment, and major outage services (CI, HGPI, MI). The acquisition of GTS strengthens this offering and expands AJSS into the Frame & Industrial Gas Turbines range, enabling us to supply a wider range of OEM‑equivalent parts and broaden our support capability across Australia’s power and gas turbine market.

Peter Newitt, who founded GTS, will remain involved in the business to ensure seamless continuity. All existing orders, warranties, and open enquiries will continue to be honoured and managed during this transition. New orders will be processed directly through AJSS.

AJSS offers a complete capability net across parts supply, engineering, inspections, and major outage support. We are trusted by Australia’s leading power generators, gas processors, and industrial operators. In support of our expanding service footprint, AJSS has secured a dedicated warehouse behind our Belmont office for receivals, dispatch and to offer storage options of customer-owned components.
