AJSS verifies oil cleanliness using a built-in LasPa laser particle counter and documents particle count results against ISO 4406, AS 4059, and NAS 1638, giving clients measurable evidence that flushing or polishing has reached the required cleanliness level.

AJSS selects the flushing or filtration method around the system and contamination challenge, including reverse-flow flushing, system tanking, electrically driven skids, onsite oil polishing, and permanent varnish filtration units where ongoing contamination management is required.
